GSA Group
Fishman Commercial has developed a separate business unit dedicated to securing, building, and managing projects leased to the General Services Administration (GSA). The GSA development team consists of Jeff Eirinberg as Project Director, and Michael Fishman in charge of legal and financing matters. Recent projects include facilities for the Social Security Administration in Joplin, Missouri and Waterloo, Iowa; the Drug Enforcement Administration in Sioux City, Iowa; the Immigration and Customs Service in Bloomington, Minnesota; and the US Geological Survey in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
