Cadence Commercial
We are pleased to announce that principals of Fishman Commercial Real Estate have formed a joint venture with Cadence Commercial Real Estate to expand upon the development and investment pursuits that we service. Justin Kaufmann and Trip Ross are the principals responsible for the day-to-day operations of Cadence. They have a long and successful history of development, financial analysis, and brokerage of retail shopping centers throughout the Kansas City area.
The mission of Cadence is to focus on continuing the development and acquisition of neighborhood centers while utilizing Fishman Commercial’s platform of commercial brokerage and property management. Fishman remains intact as a separate management and leasing service provider for Cadence and its other clients.

GSA Group
Fishman Commercial has developed a separate business unit dedicated to securing, building, and managing projects leased to the General Services Administration (GSA). The GSA development team consists of Jeff Eirinberg as Project Director, and Michael Fishman in charge of legal and financing matters. Recent projects include facilities for the Social Security Administration in Joplin, Missouri and Waterloo, Iowa; the Drug Enforcement Administration in Sioux City, Iowa; the Immigration and Customs Service in Bloomington, Minnesota; and the US Geological Survey in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
