Larry brings over thirty years of experience as a business owner to Fishman Commercial, as the President of Allstate Electric Supply, Inc., which he founded in 1970 in Olathe, Kansas. Larry's expertise as an independent businessman and commercial property owner, along with his knowledge of Kansas City and the surrounding area, has led to a proven track record in successfully marketing client properties for sale, lease, or sublease. Larry also offers a variety of services, from traditional brokerage to value-added consultation. Larry was one of only two commercial realtors in the Kansas City area to be awarded membership in the Kansas City Regional Association of Realtors' 2 Million Dollar Club in 2006. He is a licensed salesperson in both Kansas and Missouri and specializes in industrial transactions.
